Cindy Lane has been chosen as Anne Moroney Youth Services’ July 2007 Employee of the Month.

Cindy has been employed with the agency for more than nine years as the Family Assessment Worker and the Integrated Behavioral Health Outpatient Billing Clerk. As a Family Assessment Worker, Cindy, locates families who are interested in participating in the agency’s home visitation parenting program. This program utilizes the Parents As Teachers curriculum and encourages parent-child interaction activities. Cindy is also the Chairman of the Okmulgee County Child Abuse Prevention Task Force.

As the Integrated Behavioral Health Outpatient Billing Clerk, Cindy coordinates the agency’s counseling referrals and billing of services. The agency offers individual and family counseling regardless of a person’s ability to pay for services.

To accomplish the duties of both jobs Cindy is very versatile and well organized. Cindy has a strong commitment to the agency’s mission statement of helping to improve the quality of life for the youth and families of Okmulgee and Okfuskee Counties.
